November 17, 2023: Finally get my backsiode back out to the forrest in Fall River. Just rode faily easily to get back used to riding a mountian bike but still cleanly rode the Canfield Line Trail for the 2nd time ever and set a new PR by 30 seconds. Just the kind of first day out I needed to get my mind back in gear. October 28, 2023: Another beautiful day, nice and warm and not much wind at all. Rode pretty easy andd was beat until the last 5 miles when a couple guys passed me and I hate that. Rode like hell for a mile or so to catch them then blasted by for a couple miles until I sat up. The guy liked my Madone and I think he thought I was bullshitting him when I said I was out of shape lmao. Must be getting a little form back HAHAHAHAHA! October 13, 2023: What a ugly short ride. Was riding back from dropping my 4Runner off in a parking let next to the Ford Dealer sso I could drop my Mustang off to get the clutch lookedd at. That went smoothly but on teh sshort ride home I lost my rear wheel on a white stripe in the roundabout up by the casino. All goodd other than some bruises andd small road rash but srill a PIA.
